Acceptable-use policy

Use SayScope lawfully

Users may process only content they are lawfully entitled to access and use. A user must not upload unlawfully intercepted, stolen, confidential or infringing communications, or use the service to harass, discriminate, deceive, defame, surveil or harm another person.

Prohibited technical activity

• bypassing login, email verification, administrator approval, 2FA, rate limits, credit enforcement or spending controls;
• probing or exploiting vulnerabilities without written authorization;
• malware, destructive archives, denial-of-service activity, automated account creation or abusive request volumes;
• obtaining another user's account, payment, conversation or administrator information;
• reselling or sharing access in a way that defeats agreed limits.

High-impact decisions

AI output must not be the sole basis for a decision producing legal or similarly significant effects in employment, credit, insurance, housing, healthcare, education, law enforcement or access to essential services. Qualified human review and the original source material are required.

Sensitive content

Do not process children's information, health information, biometric information, criminal allegations, financial-account credentials, legal privilege or similarly sensitive material unless an authorised organisation has documented a lawful basis and suitable safeguards.

Enforcement and reports

SayScope may limit or suspend access proportionately while investigating a credible violation, preserve relevant security records, and report unlawful activity where legally required. Report suspected abuse to info@sayscope.co.za.
